Growth Markets is one of three Accenture Markets (along with North America & Europe), and has broad geographic coverage – 8 Market Units and 18 countries. Growth Markets is the fastest growing geographic region of Accenture with 340K+ employees across a dynamic geography.
Growth & Strategy (G&S)
G&S is the corporate strategy team for Accenture, working with geographic & services leadership to shape the future of Accenture. There are four core functions within G&S: Corporate Strategy & Competitor Intelligence, Accenture Research, Offering Development & Knowledge Services, Responsible Business, Sustainability & Citizenship. The GM G&S team plays an active role in defining and executing strategies—collaborating with MUs, Services, industries, networks and functions.

This is a role with a high degree of exposure to Senior Leadership of Growth Markets i.e. C-suite and members of the GM Operating Committee – the 40 most senior leaders in GM

Get exposure to ALL of Accenture
The G&S team supports strategic priorities across all 4 Services and 8 Market Units – giving you exposure to our entire business across GM

Your Role: Manager
We are looking for experienced Managers to join the team. We are looking for experienced strategy & consulting candidates with:
Strategic thinking capability, with experience in analyzing and solving complex problems
Ability to work in both structured as well as ambiguous situations to drive outcomes
Ability to structure projects and be responsible for on time and high-quality delivery, balancing competing demands on team
Ability to prepare well-structured storylines to deliver the insights in an impactful manner
Ability to work with very senior global stakeholders, demonstrating maturity and impeccable professionalism
Understanding of Accenture, with experience of working with different stakeholders and across different parts of the firm
A keen eye for trends shaping our business landscape and the implications for Accenture
Growth mindset, with willingness to continuously learn more and push the boundaries
