Communicate service delivery health to account executives, service teams, and business stakeholders
Manage cloud providers on a day to day basis to ensure they are delivering to contractual conditions.
Maintain operational stability and ensure root cause analysis is executed for any service disruptions
Work with customers to better refine automated provisioning through pattern/workflow documentation
Manage administration of all production systems, information systems, and technology infrastructure in scope of the service
Ensure monitoring of all events and take appropriate actions to address and control unplanned events
Support incident identification, prioritization, categorization, and resolution activities
Meter public/private Cloud and on-premise computing consumption as defined by the scope of services
Support L2/L3 teams with periodic updates, assist in communications to business about all environment related incidents
3 to 5 years experience in operation and maintenance, familiar with Linux/Unix system management, with a certain understanding of system performance
Familiar with cloud service platform common operations
Experience in using cloud native monitoring components such as K8s (Kubernetes), prometheus/grafana, docker, etc.
Master shell, perl/python and other scripting languages for simple program writing
Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and other common protocols, knowledge of server hardware
Familiar with the basic usage of common databases such as Redis, Hive, Kafka, Storm and Mysql, experience is preferred
