Buscamos un/a Business Design Senior Analyst para liderar la gestión del canal online de uno de nuestros clientes del sector Retail & Moda. La persona será responsable directa de los objetivos de facturación del canal, tomando decisiones estratégicas y operativas basadas en métricas de negocio, rentabilidad y performance. Es un perfil cómodo trabajando con dashboards, proyecciones y planes de acción concretos 📈.

🔍 Principales responsabilidades

  • Ser responsable del cumplimiento de los objetivos de facturación del canal online, con capacidad para anticipar desvíos y ejecutar acciones correctivas.
  • Analizar de forma continua la performance del canal utilizando Power BI y Excel 📊, cruzando variables de negocio para detectar oportunidades de crecimiento y puntos de fuga.
  • Tomar decisiones con criterio analítico, considerando rentabilidad, estacionalidad, márgenes y comportamiento de la demanda.
  • Coordinar al equipo operativo 🤝, alineando su trabajo con las prioridades del canal.
  • Presentar resultados, insights y propuestas al cliente de manera clara, respaldando cada recomendación con datos.

✅ ¿Qué buscamos?

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en e‑commerce, performance marketing o gestión de canales digitales, idealmente en retail o moda.
  • Perfil fuertemente analítico, con facilidad para interpretar datos, construir escenarios y traducir números en decisiones de negocio.
  • Comprensión del P&L del canal online: márgenes, rentabilidad, estructura de costos y palancas de facturación.
  • Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio/avanzado y lectura fluida de dashboards en Power BI.
  • Capacidad para coordinar equipos y comunicar resultados con claridad hacia el cliente 🗣️.
