About the Role
In this role, you will design and implement innovative, AI-enabled business processes that help organizations operate more intelligently and responsibly. You will act as a subject matter expert, working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation through Agentic Design, risk mitigation, and change enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design new business processes aligned to customer requirements and strategic objectives
  • Analyze current operational states to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions using established methods, tools, and Accenture assets
  • Apply Agentic Design principles to create scalable, responsible, and intelligent operating models
  • Implement programs and interventions that prepare organizations for change and adoption
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes, solve complex problems, and improve overall effectiveness
  • Contribute insights and solutions during team discussions, helping address work-related challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant roles such as process design, AI-enabled transformation, or consulting
  • Master proficiency in Agentic Design principles and application
  • Expert proficiency in AI Hallucination Detection and Mitigation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in team environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master proficiency in KYC Compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in AI Prompting
  • Advanced proficiency in Risk Management
  • Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies
  • Intermediate proficiency in Change Management practices
