Salesforce Technical Architect (Salesforce Cloud / Experience Cloud)
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect (8–9+ years) to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce (Service Cloud–focused) architecture and delivery. The role owns end-to-end solution design, integrations, data architecture, and platform governance, translating business strategy into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions while mentoring teams and guiding technical direction.
Key Highlights
- Own Salesforce solution architecture, technical standards, and governance across multiple domains
- Design complex integrations (ERPs, data platforms, middleware, REST/SOAP) and scalable data models
- Lead technical discovery, estimation, development oversight, and issue resolution
- Drive best practices for security, CI/CD, performance, and platform scalability
- Produce architecture artifacts and mentor developers and admins
- Partner with business and delivery stakeholders to align solutions with outcomes and ROI
Required Experience
- 8–9+ years Salesforce experience; 3–5+ years in technical lead/architect roles
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud; Experience Cloud required, others a plus
- Strong Apex, LWC, integrations, data modeling, and large-scale data handling
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and enterprise security models
Mandatory
- 8–9+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3–5 years in an architectural or technical lead role on enterprise implementations.
- Deep, hands-on experience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service) and Experience Cloud
- Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative automation experience
Preferred
- Salesforce CTA or progress toward CTA
- Strong leadership, communication, and Agile delivery experience
- Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud a plus.
