As a Program & Project Management Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving large-scale initiatives that enable strategic change and measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams — bringing structure, clarity, and energy to every engagement.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement new business processes that meet customer and organizational needs, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Analyze and improve existing processes, leveraging best-practice methodologies and digital tools to drive efficiency and quality.
Plan and manage programs from initiation to completion — balancing scope, cost, and schedule while mitigating risks.
Facilitate change programs and interventions to prepare teams and stakeholders for transformation.
Collaborate with diverse teams across functions and geographies to align program goals and deliver successful outcomes.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management, overseeing multi-disciplinary or transformation initiatives.
Strong proficiency in Scope Management, Risk Management, and Estimation & Planning.
Deep understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its practical application in large-scale environments.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage complexity, and deliver results under pressure.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
