We are seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible to provide consultation, implementation and pre-sales activities for our Workday Adaptive Planning application.
Responsibilities:
As a Workday Adaptive Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
- Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with clients, client’s expectations and relationships.
- Delivery: Gain trusted advisor status with customers and client prospects by understanding their business requirements and developing strategies with them to gain tangible benefits to the business using Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Independently consults with external clients and participates in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for Workday Adaptive Planning application by developing solutions to complex problems and projects across multiple domains or clients.
- Becomes an SME in the Workday Adaptive product suite with a broad-based knowledge of Workday HCM or Fins, while also being able to architect financial and workforce planning solutions within the Workday Platform.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand planning requirements, translating them into actionable configurations and integration requirements, provide solutions and recommendations to improve process, automation, data visualization and integrity for the planning process by leveraging Workday best practice.
- Business Development: assist on the proposal development process and participate in pre-sales demos to sell Adaptive to the prospect clients.
- Expert proficiency in Workday Workforce and Financial Planning is required.
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Workday Adaptive Planning are recommended.
- 5+ years of consulting experience in implementing Adaptive or other EPM tools or working in the end user environment with FP&A and/or Workforce Planning implementation experience in the industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent professional experience.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining.
- Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed.
