The client is SINGAPORE CITIZEN SERVICES, a company providing citizen services in Singapore. Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. Expected to build knowledge and support the team. Participate in Problem Solving discussions. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Beginner level of proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Business Model Strategy and Requirements Analysis skills are suggested at a Beginner proficiency level. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements Develop strategies for business model enhancement Participate in problem-solving discussions with the team Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems"
