Job Description

Azure Developer / Data Engineer (Infrastructure as Code)

Responsibilities: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing your advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps. Your day-to-day activities will involve working with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security. You will be responsible for building and testing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. As an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Design and implement scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines
Automate deployment processes and ensure efficient release management
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize system performance
Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies

Qualifications

- Knowledge with AZ Administration
- Experience with Bicep ARM Templates/Terraform/AzCLI
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipeline development
- Understanding of AZ DevOps & pipelines
- Good to have
o Experience with AZ Data Factory
o Understanding of Databricks & Spark
o Knowledge of PostgreSQL, preferably also AZ SQL

An additional bonus would be:

- AZ RBAC
- AZ WAF / API gateway manager security & monitoring
- AZ certificates
