Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
  • Your role will involve driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, as well as leading delivery.
  • You will measure and communicate progress to leadership within committed time frames and proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
  • In this role, you are expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience.
  • You should have influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
  • Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in Retail Integrated Planning is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, and Expert proficiency in Account Delivery Management and Work Management are recommended.
