Role summary:
 
The role is to manage a multi-lingual Media Operations Team. We are seeking a team lead to help lead a team of Media Operations analysts. The team lead will represent the team when required in client communications and provide all levels of support and liaison for the client. Primary responsibilities are to act as the single point of contact for their team and for escalation on urgent Issues. Responsible for team's performance against SLA, quality of service, people engagement, all aspects of the business process and will be required to work closely with local and global counterparts. There will be a strong element of new process stabilisation, Induction and process Improvement. You will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a high-performance culture and great place to work.
 
You must be data driven, self-motivated, and flexible to frequent changes. You should think creatively about nebulous issues and must be passionate about problem solving.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of analysts
  • Manage team performance against SLA's and KPI's including metric reporting on team performance
  • Prepare and participate in strategic Business Reviews on team performance to senior leadership
  • Act as first point of escalation for any risk issue items and work across multiple teams
  • Prepare and participate in strategic Business Reviews on team performance to senior leadership
  • Monitor team productivity and volumes metrics provide input for capacity planning.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team while removing roadblocks and encouraging innovative solutions
  • Lead and enable a high-performing team to deliver on goals by providing superb 1:1 support while helping establish team goals and vision
  • Work closely with SMEs to ensure that proper training and knowledge transfer is provided
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and other teams to problem solve and design improved workflows
  • Identify trends and provide insights to drive impact to team goals including product, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare financial data for forecasting and invoicing for client financial management
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by Accenture

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
    • Bachelor’s degree required in an analytical field (e.g. Science, Mathematics, Business or related field)
    • 5+ years of proven experience in operations and customer service in a vendor management environment
    • 5+ years leading and developing high performing operations teams in a vendor management environment
    • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies to drive service delivery
    • Experience working with policy Implementation
    • Knowledge & understanding of operational and business excellence
    • Project financial management including financials for forecasting
    • Experience working with global teams and ability to build relationships with stakeholders in multiple geographies
    • Experience with MS Office Including PowerPoint and Excel
Key Skills Preferred
    • Ability to anticipate and react to frequently changing business climate, delivering results to continual deadline constraints
    • Understanding of Accenture Business Excellence
    • Experience In online Media and/or Asian language
