Job Summary


We are looking for an HR professional for the Learning and Transitions team with a keen interest in Training and Development.  If you have the desire and are motivated about supporting Learning and Development projects for Accenture, then you may be the one that we are looking for! 


  • Planning of annual training calendar
  • Execute and deliver planned training sessions across Accenture Singapore, including training scheduling, arranging logistics, preparing materials etc
  • Responsible for coordination of training activities including processing of invoices and other admin related tasks
  • Drive New Joiner Orientation sessions for Accenture Singapore
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facilitators, offshore learning support team and vendors
  • Provide service delivery support for training calendar delivery and ensure adequate participation in the calendar events
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives


  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in engaging with stakeholders
  • Project and events management experience
  • Prior experience in running presentations
  • Interest in learning and people development
