As a Senior Service Designer, you will go to great lengths and travel long distances to bring value-based innovation to our clients, as we operate across Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

Service designers help us see what is hidden in plain sight. Their role is to understand people and design around people's needs, wants and desires. This is not a studio-based design job but a hybrid role of creative and management consulting disciplines as we cover lots of air miles and engage with top management directly.

In between client assignments your professional home will be the Accenture Innovation Hub in Singapore where we host clients from all over AAPAC. As an experienced service designer in our Innovation team, you’ll:
  • Prepare, plan and conduct design research, i.e. interviews, observations, simulations, surveys.
  • Produce exciting video content that can surprise top management with insights from the field.
  • Run design sprints with consulting teams and client management.
  • Translate complex system capabilities and statistical modelling methods into compelling stories that resonate with clients.
  • Host industry conferences and workshops for top management client audiences.
  • Manage, mentor and grow creative talent. Be an advisor and advocate for their career development and success on client engagements, innovation center workshops and opportunity development.

  • 5-8 Years of work experience as a service or business designer, product manager, art director, creative director, planner, technology evangelist or similar.
  • High-flyers with an open, entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset who have excelled in both academic and professional activities.
  • Keen interest to source qualitative data in fast paced and entrepreneurial ways to inform your stories.
  • Ability to conduct market sizing and top-down business cases for new business models or keen interest to learn and pick up the necessary skills.
  • Mastery of videography as a tool to point out trends, innovations or business opportunities from field research and win hearts, including but not limited to ‘laws of shooting’, animated content and speed editing on tools of your choice.
  • Portfolio Design, production, set of work productions (requests from candidates).
  • Candidates preferably to come with experience in these targeted industries:

    • Automotive
    • Airline
    • FMCG / Consumer Goods 
    • Pharmaceutical
    • Monochrome magazine (Hipster) / Storytelling
    • Current projects in automotive, marketing and production, Consumer goods
