Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors professionals design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors human resources solutions for Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Compensation Management, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting Execution, Learning Management and Workforce Analytics. They design, build, test and deploy HR and talent management processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leading project workstreams in HR transformation while working alongside client stakeholders
  • Identifying how the HCM/SF solutions can be best utilised to meet client requirements
  • Creating and managing the plan for a specific project workstream 
  • Managing the end to end project lifecycle to deliver projects on time and to budget;
  • Working with client stakeholders to manage client expectations

Basic Qualifications 

  • At least 15 years of experience in leading HR transformation in HCM/SuccessFactors
  • Experience in large-scale, high profile and complex SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation initiatives 
  • Strong executive presence and ability to manage senior business/HR and IT stakeholders
  • SAP SF delivery experience regionally/globally, ideally across a number of modules
  • Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle and gained a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
