  1. At least 1 to 2 years' equivalent work experience in a position supporting technical architecture developer, infrastructure datacenter operation and server administration
  2. Ensures established security protocols and procedures are followed to maintain the integrity of the Data Centers and corporate data, as well as necessary escalation to internal/external parties.
  3. Experience with MS Windows 2008/2012 R2, MS Cluster, MS Operating System installation, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Linux Clusting, Red Hat Linux installation, VMware (Optional: Solaris)
  4. Monitors alerting tools and respond to system alerts/messages as required, and Familiarity with monitoring tools (ManageEngine)
  5. Support of software and related products, i.e. IBM TSM Backup, Veritas NetBackup
  6. Provides assistance to business area associates for scheduling requests, temporary schedule modifications and resolving issues as required
  7. Responds to and resolves service issues through the ticketing system and escalation
