  1. Network Change Manager 
    1. Coordinate with global team on regional changes; usually there are 3-4  changes running concurrently that needs to be managed
    2. Perform regional impact assessment on 10+ countries, structure change implementation approach and obtain approval on implementation timeline
    3. Prepare communication plan and materials to inform stakeholders of the change and get their approvals
    4. Coordinate with local IT folks and vendor resources required to work on the changes and testing
    5. Review and obtain approval for the cutover plan and execution; provide approval for rollback, if necessary
  2. Administrative Manager
    1. Manage two 3rd party vendors to ensure faulty phone and spare phone process are working as required.
    2. Identify gaps in current processes, re-design the process and Obtain approval on re-designed process
    3. Implement the re-designed process with impacted personnel
    4. Handle escalations related to current service 
  3. Program Point of contact for Unified Communication
    1. Act as the APAC regional technical contact for Unified communication projects (transition and transformation projects)
    2. Provide weekly status report for regional senior management to unified communication projects
    3. Engage 3+ business units to collect business requirements for contact center transformation project
    4. Highlight dependencies on changes and work with project team to identify approach to handle the dependencies
    5. Perform network data cleansing, data analysi
    6. Highlight and escalate risk & issues, as needed
  4. Program regional coordinator role
    1. Guide a business analyst on how to structure regional coordination and running the activities on a day to day basis
 
Skills required:
  1. Strong Project Management and client engagement skills
  2. Strong communication skills (ability to communicate to senior management)
  3. Required to be work on EMEA and NA hours as required
