Digital Hub Analyst – Client Experience Coordinator

The Digital Hub is where Accenture Digital is changing the way we work with clients and across Accenture. The core responsibility will be to set in place a structured and clear operational model that enables teams and clients to experience the best of what the Hub has to offer that drives value for all those that enter the Hub. A large part of the responsibility will revolve around coordinating and managing workshops and key meetings, bringing to life the best experiences.

This role needs a day-day leader who is well organized with strong project management skills, can support on research and insights for workshops, work well with stakeholders across the organization and support the marketing of the Hub.

1. Workshop Organizaion and Preparation: Oversee the organization of the workshop, the planning of materials, support on-research and connecting the right teams to deliver the deliver high-quality client outcomes.

2. Day – Day Operations: Set in place and manage the day-day SOP (standard operational plan) for the Hub that covers everything from workshops, client visits and requirements for teams that reside here. Need to work closely with workplace to ensure all facilities and tools are available and up to date.

3. Stakeholder Management: As a key member of the core Hub team, the role is required to work across teams, departments and with clients, managing the different needs and requirements for anyone that resides in or visits the Hub.

4. Marketing: Work alongside marketing to bring to life the strategy for promoting the Digital hub internally and externally.  Help bring to life assets, thought leadership and other artifacts to raise the hub’s value and profile, both internally and externally. 

5. Enabling Client Experience: Host clients in the Hub and ensure the systems and processes are set up and in place to enable wonderful Digital experiences for Accenture’s clients for workshops and co-locations across all key engagements. 
Skill/Experience Required:
  • Master or Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years plus experience operating as part of a cross functional team structure.
  • 2-4 years plus experience managing operations/complex program delivery in a culture of innovation and agility.
  • Experience in client engagement and team work deployment.
  • Previous client workshops experience, both as internal support and external client facing.
  • A hunger to constantly challenge and to find better ways of doing things.
  • Expert program and project management skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and an ability to foster relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – the ability to captivate an audience through powerful organizational skills and story-telling.
  • Experience in marketing and asset creation.
