We are looking for a passionate Brand Management Associate Manager that understands everything brand. You would have at least 7 years of experience in brand management (ideally from a large global brand) working on integrated campaigns across channels.

 

You must have exposure working directly with agencies and driving ideation; knowing how to bring the message to life through copy, design and an integrated and digital first marketing approach. Strong communication skills are a must for selling your ideas through both internally and externally - inspiring the agencies we work with.

 

Job Summary: 

 

The main responsibility of the Brand Management Associate Manager is to bring to life the Accenture brand across all platforms and channels. Working with our various businesses and industry experts to deliver compelling creative work that speaks to candidates, employees and clients.

 

Reporting directly into the Singapore & ASEAN Marketing lead, you are expected to be a multi-tasker, pro-active in approach and at ease in working within a busy and fast-paced matrix environment; where multiple messages and content pieces need to be weaved into a cohesive single brand story.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and position the Accenture brand in Singapore and ASEAN
  • Design and direct campaigns, together with our internal, client and media teams to re-purpose and/or develop content with a focus on delivering them through our digital channels.
  • Work with our rostered agencies to create digital content (written and multimedia content for web including video) for our client case studies (credentials), campaigns, website/microsite/landing pages and social media channels.
  • Working with marketing colleagues to help grow our digital / content / social media marketing capabilities. 
  • Manage our regional webpages with the help of our in-house agency.
  • Give guidance and direction to ASEAN marketeers on best practice campaign approach across platforms and channels.

Qualifications:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent

 

Work Experience: 7+ years with a strong background in marketing and the creation of content. Solid exposure to brand, digital marketing and knowledge of social and content marketing.  Experience of working and reporting to senior stakeholders. Experience in working closely with and managing agencies/suppliers. Creative talent with an FMCG or agency background would be an advantage.

 

Work Requirements: Minimal travel depending on geographical span

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • As agencies and marketing departments are being disrupted, we are looking for someone with an opinion and a view on how the various disciplines can work together to create bigger impact; online, offline, interactive, direct marketing and advertising
  • Creative professional with a passion for big ideas
  • Social media and digital native that is also driven by data analytics, dashboards and marketing ROI
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, typography, photography and illustration techniques in order to work tightly with agencies and designers
  • Knowledge in or competence in design tools would be an advantage, but not essential: Flash, Illustrator, Sound Design, Freehand, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience managing digital projects across web, social and digital video
  • Some experience with b2b, technology and consulting businesses to understand the business content
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priority projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to deliver well-executed deliverables in support of Accenture business strategy

Relationships: 

 

Reports to: Singapore Marketing Lead

 

External Relationships: Vendors, suppliers, agencies, business schools, organisations and other third parties

 

Internal Relationships: Support ASEAN and Industry Marketing teams, Singapore, ASEAN and AAPAC Managing Directors
