Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist
The OTC Specialist supports the Service Delivery Lead in the management and delivery of a portfolio of work in the current and anticipated future scope under the project. This role will work with resources in the Global Delivery Network and Service Delivery Organization to deliver the expected service metrics. Proven track record is essential to be considered for this role.

  • Deliver to expectations on service metrics
  • Develop and improve standardized operational processes
  • Ensure quality management through Accenture quality standards
  • Manage and lead a team
  • Responsible for providing feedback to team as part of performance management process
  • Create and execute actionable talent management plan that includes succession plans, capability development plans, contributions to knowledge sharing, etc.
  • University Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • 7 to 10 years of of service operational and delivery experience covering finance and accounting in a high tech, professional services environment
  • Professional Accounting or Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA or equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written with very good communications skills
  • Ability to lead team
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a team environment
  • Good organisational & time management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical approach / good problem solving skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype)
