Employees in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead email migrations to Office 365 or Exchange Online from various sources such as Exchange, Lotus Notes that are in line with client’s organizational priorities
  • Defining as well as assessing the migration approach through design documentation, including review and sign-off from stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance in end-to-end migration process to ensure conformance with client’s requirements
  • Deliver smooth migration transition to Office 365 or Exchange Online in order to efficiently as well as effective handover project to client 
  • Articulate and present infrastructure architecture findings to client during discussions  

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in information technology disciplines, preferably with a background in infrastructure
  • At least 5 to 8 years' experience leading Lync/Skype for Business On Premise migration to Office 365 or Skype Online
  • Proven experience identifying solutions for complex problems in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven experience and desire to operate as a self-starter and be comfortable working in an ambiguous, yet fast-paced, environment.
