The Security Specialist is responsible to design and build Security Operations Centers for our clients and implement the required parts of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) environment.


Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Creating and implementing the IT Security framework and processes while overseeing and executing the Vulnerability Management, Security Patching, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Anti-Virus Management lifecycle
  • Designing and implementing Identity and Assess Management (IAM) solutions, such as IBM Security Access Manager or other enterprise products
  • Identifying critical security operations metrics and implementing necessary improvements to create solid security practices
  • Overseeing daily IT Security operations while actively monitoring emerging threatens and security technologies
  • Analyzing potential infrastructure security incidents to determine if incident qualifies as a legitimate security breach
  • Performing network incident investigations, determining the cause of the security incident and preserving evidence for potential legal action
  • Initiating escalation procedure to counteract potential threats or vulnerabilities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 till 5 years of relevant experience in IT security operations, IT security management and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of information security, IT infrastructure and systems development
  • Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH)
  • Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools like ArcSight, QRadar, Splunk, etc.
  • Experience in the implementation of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) solutions, such as RSA 2FA
  • Experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) design and implementation
  • Knowledge of Security principles, techniques, architectures and technologies
  • Knowledge in Application Security Testing
