The Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Sales Senior Manager (ASEAN) work with the sales team to ensure Accenture tells a compelling story in our HCM  solutions sales messaging. The role understand our clients and buyers, and being able to create consistent channel that sell Accenture's POV. 

The role acts as bid manager or proposal developer designing a comprehensive HCM strategy. He/she will operate efficiently and effectively to enable the origination/closure of HCM solution sales and improve sales performance and growth. They will train others how to recalibrate on customer experience.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Drive the sales process
    • Originate and close sales to achieve sales and pipeline targets across new and existing channels
    • Understand and leverage Accenture’s sales best practices, tools, processes and reporting
  • Grow a profitable sales pipeline and/or backlog
    • Build strong, credible relationships with client executives as well as Accenture colleagues
    • Coordinate the sales team and bring the right talent to sales origination and closing activities, as warranted
    • Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure efficient, effective use of business development resources
    • Understand Accenture assets, offerings and methodologies to match to client business needs effectively

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Execution in the Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions domain.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
  • Have a minimum of 8 – 10 years in relevant industry
  • Minimum of Bachelor/Master degree

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
