As an Accenture Change Management professional, you design and implement transformational industry, functional and/or digital solutions to drive business value for our clients. Job Responsibilities


Business Readiness Expert is the interface to the Business Readiness Network for their release/ functional scope. This role will advise the Regional Business Engagement Leads on establishing and engaging the network, as well as coaching and supporting them to drive key business readiness.                                 

  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of scope and change impacts in order to identify key stakeholders, their potential concerns, issues/perceptions across all releases
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within respective release/ functional area
  • Establish regular working forum and operating rhythm for Regional Business Engagement Leads’ discussion
  • Work with the Communication Specialist to perform stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication plans
  • Develop Global Change Impact Assessment and review with Functional Leads and Business Lead
  • Facilitate the review of Review Role Mapping with Regional Business Engagement Leads
  • Consolidate and summarise Global Change Impact Assessments and walk through with Business Readiness Team and Regional Business Engagement Leads
  • Coach Regional Business Engagement Leads on the completion of key business readiness activities to be completed in line with project milestones
  • Support the development of communications and engagement materials, and ensure that where materials are tailored by businesses, that overall message consistency is retained
  • Develop briefing decks prior to each major readiness activity such as Local Impact Assessments, Local Learning Needs Analysis, Role Mapping, training scheduling, ChangeTrack, deployment readiness tracking and use these to brief Regional Business Engagement Leads
  • Support the development of Change Leadership Toolkits
  • Understand change measurement cycle results, review with leadership and support regional action planning to address key readiness gaps and embedding
  • Support inputs to Global – LNA, Curriculum and learning materials (as required)

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of change management/ consulting experience is expected for Consultant Level.
  • Experience working on large scale ERP implementations with some exposure to SAP FICO module is a MUST
  • Strong organisational change experience including impact assessments, role mapping, communications, and driving culture change
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working in virtual teams
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to work with people across all levels of the organisation
