Job Summary:
 
The Digital Hub Lead’s role is to shape the strategy for the Digital Hub. Digital hub is where we help our clients transform their business through a unique combination of our digital capabilities under one roof.  A space for us to collaborate, co-create and co-locate with our clients.
 
The Digital Lead owns the Digital Hub’s offerings and manage the end to end development of the digital hub, promote the hub internally and externally and facilitate c-level client innovation workshops. Responsible for shaping the culture of the team and the brand of the Digital Hub, establishing relationships with key stakeholders across all areas of the business to drive engagement.
 
Objective to ensure the Digital Hub achieves targets as agreed with the steering committee and to ensure development of the team and strengthening Digital Hub’s brand through QA responsibilities.
To ensure the assets generated by the team are accessible to the business and are being used to drive value for clients and to ensure the Hub is seen to evolve over time with more options for use and access.
 
This role needs to adept at design thinking, service design, project management, stakeholder management, have experience in people development and need to be able to think creatively and drive innovation in their team and the work they produce.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development and Execution aligned with Governance Committee: Develop the Digital Hub strategy, including choices on the business and operating model. Identify and implement opportunities to evolve the Hub’s strategy, experience, technology and physical space.
  2. Workshop Delivery and Facilitation: oversee the design process and delivery of all innovation workshops to ensure high-quality client outcomes. Identify the right team for both workshop development and delivery. Facilitate some of the workshops held in the Digital Hub.
  3. Marketing: define and manage the strategy for promoting the innovation hub internally and externally. Attend industry and internal events and raise personal profile
  4. People management: Manage the Digital Hub team, Responsible for the rotation of ‘borrowed’ people from the Consulting, joining the core innovation team on a part time or time-boxed assignment.
  5. Client relationship development: build relationships with c-level clients to sell the concepts of the Digital Hub.
  6. Capability Development: Build capabilities in design and facilitation. Nurture a culture of curiosity, a multi-disciplinary approach within the Digital Hub. Create a culture of continuous improvement. Lead the team to continue to evolve the approach to innovation workshops to create maximum impact for clients.
  7. Financial Management: Define and manage the annual budget for the Digital Hub (revenue and cost management). Make strategic investment decisions and report progress against the financials on a regular basis
  8. Enabling Client Experience:  Ensure systems are set up to enable wonderful Digital experiences for Accenture’s clients support and working with the offerings team.
 
Skill/Experience Required:
  1. Master or Bachelor's degree.
  2. 10 years plus experience operating as part of a Senior Management Team structure
  3. 10 years plus experience managing operations/complex program delivery in a culture of innovation and agility
  4. A hunger to constantly challenge and to find better ways of doing things
  5. Expert program and project management skills
  6. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and an ability to foster relationships at all levels within the organization
  7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills – the ability to captivate an audience through powerful story-telling
  8. Experience of leading change and transformation programs
  9. Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level
  10. Experience of a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, and ability to make connections where appropriate and add value
  11. Experience of commercialization/IP of assets
  12. Ability to lead, inspire and engage teams
  13. Design thinking experience
