CDTS Overview:
CDTS team brings commercial and financial rigor to structuring and shaping deals for Accenture’s largest scale engagements, ranging from outsourcing and complex consulting engagements to Merger and Acquisition transactions, the creation of new businesses such as joint ventures, operating companies, and alliances. CDTS also helps develop the Client Business Case and Value Proposition and always keeps this at the forefront of the deal structuring.
The CDTS Team utilizes a wide range of Corporate Finance skills. This role has exposure to client facing activity and focuses on evaluating financial forecasts, creating valuation models / pricing models, and performing market and competitive assessments which support Accenture investment decision making. This role ensures that deals are cost effective and priced appropriately, and the financial forecasts adhere to US GAAP principles.
The CDTS team works closely with many other Accenture teams including sales, solution architects, internal finance and legal teams to achieve the optimum balance of risk and reward between Accenture and the client for all proposed deal structures.

CDTS analysts belong to Corporate Function career track that contributes to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Principle responsibilities:
  • Support Accenture’s sales teams in the submission of proposed contract pricing and throughout the entire sale cycle.
  • Produce accurate view of Accenture’s sales, profitability and balance sheet position for a contract (or a cluster of related contracts) using Accenture in-house financial models.
  • Ensure that contract financials are in compliance with accounting standards, Accenture policies and commercial practices.
  • Be a business advisor to Accenture’s sales teams on the financial optimization of a contract.
  • Represent contract financials in Accenture approval meetings.
  • General financial analysis, including analysis of average daily rates, workforce/ pyramid/ shore mix, profitability, capital exposure, scenario analysis and financial simulations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of contract financial assumptions.
To be eligible you must:
  • Education: Have completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business, or equivalent degree.
  • Be available to meet travel requirements, when applicable.

  • JumpStart – A 3-week local onsite session upon onboarding and New Joiner Orientation.
  • CDTS Global Training Booster Training (Feb/Mar or Sep/Oct cycle) – A 3-week onsite training and networking session in Bangalore
  • Business Advisor Training – A 2-day training session after the first 6 months on the job.
