Job Description
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accentureon matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Has some latitude in decision-making.  Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Outsourcing Unit covering Application and Infrastructure development and maintenance
• Overall responsibility for day-to-day service delivery and management of Outsourcing Unit    
• Act as a trusted advisor to Client in the business areas covered by the Outsourcing services and lead the Outsourcing Unit to provide quality client services to meet contracted service commitments
• Accountable for identifying and mitigating risks to the service delivery
• Responsible for coordinating participation from all parties involved in the delivery of Outsourcing services to the client
• Lead periodic problem analysis meetings with all parties involved in the delivery of Outsourcing services to the client
• Lead the Outsourcing Unit to follow all established processes and procedures for all Application and Infrastructure development and maintenance work
• Escalate issues and in consultation with Accenture and Client Executives resolve complex issues or problems
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships for all delivery related matters by acting as the first point of contact for client stakeholders, acting as the delivery escalation point around client priorities and issues
• Liaise with the Client’s business representatives to resolve issues
• Perform proactive financial management to optimise unit’s financial results
• Responsible for the regular service management reporting to the Client and Accenture management  
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience (for Manager-level), or at least 10 years of relevant experience (for Senior Manager-level) of large system / project management experience in a multi-vendor environment
• Experience in managing unit operations in support of a sophisticated system built upon established platforms
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Good client management skills
• Project management certification e.g. PMI, CITPM, COMIT etc. preferred
