Trevor Gruzin is Senior Managing Director responsible for Growth & Strategy for Growth Markets. He is responsible for strategy formulation and execution of the strategy for Accenture’s businesses in Asia/Pacific, Africa and Middle East and Latin America. This includes organic and inorganic strategy as well as research and thought leadership. He also has a client facing role focusing on advising companies and governments on strategy (Business, IT, Digital), innovation applied to business and operating models, and transformation. His specific focus is on how technology can disrupt companies and industries. He is a member of the Accenture Global Leadership Council as well and the Growth Markets Leadership team. Trevor is also responsible for FORM (methods and ways of working) across Accenture.
Trevor has more than 30 years of experience working for Accenture. Prior to his current role, Trevor led Growth & Strategy for Accenture Strategy; he previously has led the Accenture Strategy practice and before that the management consulting practice in Asia/Pacific. He has also led and sponsored 10 acquisitions into Accenture.
Previously, Trevor led the Global Banking Industry practice for several years. In other roles, Trevor was responsible for sponsoring the Management Consulting Capability Network, which included approximately 2,500 consultants in India, China and other emerging markets.
Trevor has a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computing from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
