Dianne Rajaratnam is a managing director with Accenture’s software and platforms practice. She manages key relationships with leading internet, technology and e-commerce companies based in Southeast Asia, and helps them to further innovate and grow their digital businesses to the next level.
Dianne has over 20 years of working experience in the technology sector as a management consultant with Accenture and has also spent time working at Facebook and the United Nations. With a global career footprint, she has successfully led digital transformation projects globally, developed digital strategies and digital payment policies for governments and corporates, delivered cross-sector partnerships to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and managed global change management programs.
Dianne also leads Accenture’s Corporate Citizenship work for women communities in Singapore to empower them with the right skills, connections and tools. Outside of Accenture, she regularly mentors the next generation on their career options and growth – currently she is a mentor for the NUS Women In Business programme.
She graduated with a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Bristol and a Master of e-Law from the University of Melbourne. Dianne is a Malaysian and is currently based out of Singapore.
