Desmond Wong is currently a Managing Director in Accenture, Southeast Asia. He manages client relationships with key public service accounts. Desmond advises government leaders on critical steps to deliver improvements in both responsiveness and accessibility. He advocates embracing human ingenuity and new technologies to improve citizens’ lives, deliver services in a frictionless way, and meet citizens’ needs with personalised experiences wherever and whenever they require.
Desmond has over 13 years of experience in technology consulting and business development, having led and delivered various large digital transformation and modernisation business solutions for clients in the health and public service sector across Southeast Asia, India and Australia. He is a Certified Information Services Auditor with Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Outside of Accenture, Desmond is passionate in grooming the next generation of leaders and serves as a board advisor at the School of Computing and Information Systems of Singapore Management University (SMU), his alma-mater. He is also a guest lecturer at the National University of Singapore (NUS) on Solution Architecting. Desmond is based in Singapore.
