We are thrilled to continue our journey in supporting the annual Singapore FinTech Festival, the largest FinTech community gathering in the world, organised by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Elevandi and Constellar in collaboration with The Association of Banks in Singapore.

Join us on 15–17 November 2023 as we delve into the rapid growth and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential to revolutionise the financial services industry. We will also explore how technologies such as AI, Web3 and digital public goods can accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy, reshape financial system architectures to better help the underserved and secure the digital economy against risks.

Project MindForge

We're proud to collaborate with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) along with various prestigious financial institutions and tech firms on Project MindForge - a consortium of financial institutions that aims to advance AI innovation responsibility in the financial services sector. Here's what we set out to do:

  • Develop an industry whitepaper to identify Gen AI risks, assess them against existing Fairness, Accountability and Transparency (FEAT) principles and Veritas framework as well as outlining key infrastructure considerations for the industry.
  • Develop two generative AI-powered experiments as foundation to this project. These use cases will serve as a launchpad of the industry-wide adoption of Responsible use of generative AI and redefine the way financial institution work and operate.

HIIP

What if processing healthcare insurance claims became as easy and convenient as getting coffee from a vending machine? The Healthcare-Insurance Industry Pilot (HIIP) envisions to make that possible. The cross-sector alliance between Singapore’s healthcare and insurance sectors is developing an end-to-end health insurance claims platform to improve patient experience and enhance operational efficiency.

Fintech Talent Report 2023

For the third year, the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) has partnered with Accenture to publish the Singapore FinTech Talent Report. This research uncovers talent trends that are unique to the Singapore FinTech industry by assessing talent needs, challenges and opportunities that shape the workforce agenda. Gathering perspectives from industry leaders and experts through interviews, a market wide survey and research - this report provides holistic insights and actionable recommendations for FinTech leaders, HR and policy makers to navigate the changing talent landscape and expectations.
