We’re proud to continue our support of the annual Singapore FinTech Festival, the world’s largest FinTech festival and global platform for the FinTech community, organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Elevandi, and Constellar, and in collaboration with The Association of Banks in Singapore.

Tech talent

For the second year, the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) has partnered with Accenture to publish the Singapore FinTech Talent Report. Focused on the Singapore market, this research uncovers strategic talent trends that are unique to the FinTech industry by assessing talent needs, challenges and opportunities to shape the workforce agenda. Gathering perspectives from industry leaders and experts through interviews, a market wide survey and leveraging Accenture’s Centre for Data & Insights and proprietary Skills.AI tool, this report provides holistic insights and recommendations for businesses, HR and policy makers to supercharge growth through systematic focus and investment in their greatest asset – people.

Open finance

During SFF last year, the MAS and the Smart Nation and Digital Government Group (SNDGG) launched the second phase of the Singapore Financial Data Exchange (SGFinDex). We were involved as the test manager coordinating complex, industry-wide testing across the seven banks, MyMoneySense, and the Central Depository (CDP).

This year together with the Life Insurance Association (LIA), we’re proud to serve as a strategic partner to seven participating insurers in Singapore to enable open insurance on SGFinDex in Phase 2B, creating the world’s first open financial services marketplace.
