We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Account Executive to join our Swedish Financial Services team. This role involves leading sales and account management for our largest clients in both banking and insurance sectors. Ideal candidates will have 7-10 years of experience in relationship management, advisory and consulting-led sales, and a network of key stakeholders in Sweden's financial institutions and insurance companies.

Role Overview
You will manage large, complex opportunities and strategic initiatives with our top clients. The services scope span from Strategy, Consulting, Technology and Operations, often led by a transformation agenda at our clients. Key responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, coordinating experts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. We seek an executive with a proven sales record in financial services, who is a skilled negotiator and can work independently or collaboratively.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior Client Account leads and gain trust at all client levels.
- Present compelling business cases to senior executives, addressing client issues with unique value propositions.
- Establish and maintain contacts at all decision-making levels within client organizations.
- Strategize with account leads to effectively sell solutions and forecast opportunities.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans with senior management to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead the sales process from origination to contracting and build relationships to identify new opportunities.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel within the Nordics and Europe, with most work based in Stockholm.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with executives and decision-makers to expand Accenture’s services. This involves strategic planning and consultative selling with senior leaders in Sweden’s financial services industry.
Knowledge and Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in relationship management, advisory and consulting-led sales in the Banking or Insurance Industry.
- Skilled relationship developer with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Respected professional with keen business instincts and creativity.
- Persuasive, energetic, and disciplined thinker who can facilitate discussions with executive leadership.
- Strong planning skills and ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- University degree expected.
