Management Consultant for Commercial Excellence at Accenture Song

We are looking for consultants with an interest in Commercial Excellence and GenAI to join our Accenture Song team in Stockholm.

We are currently looking for consultants to join our Customer Tech & Delivery team. We focus on creating business value through advising on and implementing CRM systems, customer platforms, and GenAI solutions, which form the foundation for corporate transformations.
We work closely with our clients, often as functional consultants who design and implement initiatives that can accelerate company growth and ensure long-term value.

As part of the team, you will contribute to the following:
Participate in projects, typically with roles in functional consulting and project management, as well as support business development activities.
Contribute to identifying issues and help our clients manage increasing demands and expectations from their customers.
Advise clients on technologies that can support their customer journey, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Create business and customer insights for our clients through analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
Qualifications
About You
In addition to an interest in Commercial Excellence and/or Generative AI, we would like your experience and skills to include some of the following:
Experience as a consultant or in a similar role from the industry (strategy or digital transformation, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
A Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, technology, and/or strategy.
Knowledge of CRM as an accelerator for business transformation.
Experience with PowerPoint and Excel, as well as analysis and reporting on platforms such as Google, Azure, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.
Interest or knowledge in statistical analysis, AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data analysis is an advantage.
