Senior Consultant for Public Sector Clients

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant for Public Sector Clients that is comprised of sales professionals passionate about driving customer engagements and contracted work with clients within the Health and Public Service area in Sweden.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in public sector clients such as Public Sector Agencies or similar organizations. The candidate will have over five years of experience working with these clients and a proven track record in leading both client and consultant teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects for public sector clients, ensuring successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Oversee and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within public sector organisations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all project activities.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Public Sector Agencies, or similar public sector clients.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing both client and consultant teams.
- Strong understanding of public sector operations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Entrepreneurial skills with a passion for building teams and client relationships.
- Background in both Technology consulting and Management or Strategy consulting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and technology solutions for the public sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Expertise in Data and AI, data platforms, and transforming businesses is a bonus.
