Our Song Commerce team is a global leader in transforming digital commerce, empowering businesses to craft engaging, flexible, and data-driven purchasing experiences that drive growth. By leveraging advanced AI and cloud technologies, we enable our clients to adapt to fast-evolving markets, scale omnichannel strategies, and optimize customer journeys across platforms. Join our team to be at the forefront of innovative commerce solutions, helping shape the future of online retail and digital engagement.
The Roles:
We are looking for business analysts for two different teams within Song Commerce:
Advisory:
This team focuses on customer experience strategy for commerce, helping our clients design and optimize customer journeys that enhance engagement and drive business results. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, conduct research, and craft data-driven strategies for improving the digital customer experience.

You'll bridge the gap between business and technology, capturing requirements and collaborating with developers to implement cutting-edge commerce technologies. Additionally, you will quickly gain great insights into other interesting roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner. You can also transition into a more technical role (developer or architect) if you have the skills and the ambitions to develop your career in this direction.
What more you will do as a Business Analyst:
In both teams, you’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships with different stakeholders. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. Among other things, you will:
Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation
Own tasks such as conducting customer and market research, developing presentations, and preparing and running workshops
Use ambiguity and uncertainty to your advantage to generate innovative outcomes while experimenting with new technologies and methods
Collaborate with multinational, high-performing teams, learning from each other and supporting each other’s development
Gain expertise in the latest trends in the commerce domain, becoming well-versed in market-relevant technologies, platforms, and industry players, guiding our clients toward the best-fit solutions

Passion and drive to work with technologies in a project and team-oriented environment
