We are seeking experienced Enterprise and Business Architects to join our Technology Strategy team at Accenture in Stockholm.
You will join Sweden’s leading Technology Strategy group where you will be part of a dynamic team of ~30 professionals in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. In this team you will be able to take your expertise to the next level while also building a rewarding career. Your passion & talent will play a key role in advising top management in achieving greater business value from and through technology.
As an Enterprise and Business Architect in Accenture Technology Strategy, you will advise clients on how to drive and unlock business benefits and value by defining strategies and roadmaps through adoption and utilization of technology aligned to the business strategy. You will be leading business and technology teams in developing target architecture blueprints and ensure the tech stack is aligned with business objectives. You will be originating and driving projects related to strategy and architecture creation, orchestration of transformation programs, realizing and accelerating business opportunities and outcomes, and much more.
What you will be doing
Support executive management to identify and define value through better use of technologies and/or data, data platforms, automation and AI
Create technology and/or data strategies, including analyzing the as-is situation, defining to-be targets, identify gaps and define prioritized roadmaps
Lead business transformations where technology and/or data and automation are major components
Support businesses developing their IT operating models
Act as a value architect and entrepreneur both in terms of challenging traditional viewpoints at the client c-level, as well as building the Accenture business
Actively work to identify and develop new business opportunities for Accenture, while at the same time delivering unmatched quality work for our clients
Participate in the development and public communication of cutting-edge Point of Views
Act as a business operator to drive our internal engagements and mentor our junior colleagues

Qualifications
Is this you?
Have 6+ years of relevant experience either from other consultancy companies, large business development or technology driven organizations, or hands on experience with optimizing IT functions.
Experience from managing people in small to large teams.
Experience from large and complex architectural project either as project manager or expert contributor.
Passionate about digital transformation, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture with proven experience in these areas.
Understanding of cloud platforms, AI services, and enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Have experience with frameworks such as ITIL, DevOps, SAFe, COBIT or equivalent
Experience with automation technologies and Generative AI. (a plus, but not required).
Knowledge and experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, EA3 (a plus, but not required).
Cloud certified (a plus, but not required).
Hold a MSc in Business, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
