We are currently looking for a Client Account Lead in Sweden to be part of an exciting expansion and growth journey.
Job Description
Your primary role will be to maintain and drive growth on a few key accounts within the Financial Service industry by increasing relationship management and sales activities to help the clients with complex problems and realise their strategic vision.
Key responsibilities may include:
· Building and maintaining relationships across the account on both senior management level and across the levels through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking or other business or social gatherings
· Orchestrating Accenture's wide breath of expertise and capabilities and connect to the client's world and situation
· Shape differentiated value propositions building on deep industry insight leveraging Accenture’s broad capability areas including technology operations, DevOps, digitalisation, technology transformation, journey to cloud, business process outsourcing, digital marketing operations, data/value led transformation, and strategy advisory services
· Develop strategies and tactics for penetration of new accounts and cross selling to establish accounts
· Initiate and qualify opportunities that are acceptable to Accenture and have a justified business case for the client
· Recommending which opportunities Accenture should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, and profit potential
· Maintain a keen sense of marketplace intelligence of trends and competition to provide market leading perspectives, emerging trends, tools, and techniques that can be effectively utilised to develop and promote business
· Track and communicate progress against revenue and sales targets

Qualifications
Qualifications
· Several years of relationship and business development experience; against multiple million-dollar revenue and sales targets
· Preferably deep industry insight and understanding of one or multiple industry segments
· Ability to understand the client dynamic and connecting the dots
· A relevant master’s degree
· Advanced orchestration/leadership skills
· Excellent business acumen and industry acumen
· Proven global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence
· Exceptional communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills and ability to balance active listening and verbal communication
· Extrovert, creative and competitive
