Accenture's Nordic Automotive Industry team is now seeking for a Senior Manager with a solid background in Strategy & Consulting for the Automotive Industry. You will be a member of our Nordic Leadership team for this Industry and a key contributor for the growth of our business and community.
You will be based in Stockholm, but closely connected with our European Automotive practice and Accenture’s global expert network. Within the Nordic team, you will take on the role of a trusted advisor to our client’s decision makers, shaping strategy and drive transformation where business and technology converge.
As an experienced Senior Manager you will have an active role in growing the business. You would be working on a broad range of topics, however a background in Supply Chain or Data&AI transformations would be of great interest.
Your mission will revolve around tackling intricate challenges, and your expertise will enable you to craft compelling visions while considering the complexities of the industry. You have the ambition to continuously develop your industry knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so. We are in search of a dynamic, ambitious, and forward-thinking seasoned leader who will illustrate the broader and a deep knowledge base.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- You have 12-15 years of overall experience in automotive and strategy & management consulting, several years of that in consulting for a large consulting firm. Automotive experience can be from consulting for or working in the automotive industry
- You have a commercial orientation and understanding, also the ability to build and maintain business network, while identifying new opportunities for our clients
- Background in Data& AI or Supply Chain is highly valued
- You have an established Industry network in the Nordics
- You have worked with product/technology companies in their core business strategy
- You are driven and entrepreneurial: You enjoy a challenge, you are determined, optimistic and you have a proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results
- Proven leadership skills and experience of leading and developing teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Swedish)
- Master’s degree from a relevant business field i.e., Economics/ Supply Chain / Business & Management/ Engineering
