Your job

This team supports large
Nordics based consumer goods companies in for example food & beverage and home & personal care.

We are roughly 40 industry experts and have the insights and capabilities to transform leading organizations and help them navigate in the ever-changing landscape they operate in.


Depending on your functional profile, you will work on a broad range of topics, such as growth initiatives, sales and commercial excellence, supply chain transformation or more general digital transformations and change management.


You will
typically be engaged in multiple projects, acting as a project manager for smaller consulting projects as well as taking part of large global transformation programs building strong client relations.
You will lead with
data and insights to co-create and implement technology-enabled solutions that unlock business value for our clients.

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, you will also actively support business development opportunities and have an active role in developing leadership and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications


Your background
 

o   Master’s degree 

o   7-15+ (depending on senior level) years of relevant experience, ideally at least partially from consulting

o   Experience with in-depth understanding and Swedish or Nordic network in the Consumer Goods and Services industry: you are able to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a pipeline of relevant client work for the practice.

o   You can communicate effectively and can put ideas and findings into the right context in English and preferably in Swedish to the right audience.

o   Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a team-oriented and inclusive environment.

o   Driven and entrepreneurial: you are determined, optimistic and you have a proven ability to adapt to challenges and solve them
