The Energy & Utilities Industry Group in Sweden is looking for a Technology Manager to empower and leverage your passion and expertise in cutting-edge technology and innovation to ensure that one of the most rapidly evolving sectors in Nordics is well-prepared for the exciting and challenging decade ahead.
In this position, you'll seamlessly blend your technology proficiency with your Resources industry insights, working towards our clients' strategic goals, all while making a significant contribution to a greener and more sustainable future.
What you will do:
- You will lead the technology practice in Resources Sweden and ensure best practices are followed, develop thought leadership, collaborate with the technology departments across the company and implement 'new IT' by adopting value-added services and technologies.
- You will aid our clients with digitally transforming and enhancing their operations, with a specific focus on transformation management, IT strategy and enterprise architecture. Your responsibilities will include defining operating models, crafting digital strategies, conducting thorough due diligence, and leading in a wide range of tasks and activities related to digitalization and IT.
- You will create value and identify new opportunities for our clients in cooperation with others, contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
A master’s degree and over 5 years of professional experience including consulting experience within e.g., AI, Cloud, Security or System implementations. It would be considered an advantage if you have experience and interest in working towards the Resources Industry (Utilities, Energy or Natural Resources). You have the desire to contribute to the group's development and growth and have excellent communication and leadership skills with a commercial orientation to build and maintain business networks.
As a person you are methodical, analytical and can handle projects with high pace, and execution requirements, and you are eager to learn and adopt new technologies. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and some travel should be expected. Interested?
