The Energy & Utilities Industry Group in Sweden is looking for a Senior Manager to lead initiatives that propel our clients toward cleaner and more sustainable energy solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the cutting-edge advancements and transformations within the industry, all while making a significant contribution to a greener and more sustainable future.
What you will do:
- Act as a trusted expert and advisor to our clients in transforming their business
- Manage projects, facilitate workshops, present analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams
- Create value and identify new opportunities for our clients in cooperation with others
- Act and contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
A master’s degree and over 8 years of professional experience and extensive consulting experience within energy transition e.g., transmission & distribution, retail, downstream energy, eMobility, decarbonization, renewables. You have the desire to contribute to the group's development and growth and have excellent communication and leadership skills with a commercial orientation to build and maintain business networks. As a person you are methodical, analytical and can handle projects with high pace, and execution requirements. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and some travel should be expected. Interested?
