Do you want to be part of our Industry Strategy team in Stockholm? We are seeking a Senior Manager, experienced within Banking and business strategy to contribute to the ambitious objectives of one of the Nordics´ leading strategy communities. As part of Nordic Financial Services Strategy, you will serve as the trusted advisor to the C-suite, defining strategy at the intersection of business and technology. You will work to solve complex problems and articulate a compelling vision with industry expertise and context. You will:
Stay on top of Banking industry trends, engaging with colleagues across Strategy to ensure we scale our presence & capabilities within Banking
Build client relationships, and identify and drive client opportunities at 2-3 of Sweden´s largest banks
Provide expertise and insights to our clients and help build our industry strategy practice
Lead and manage project teams and ensure delivery of value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer and effective advisory
Analyze and identify value creation and improvement opportunities at the intersection of business, data and technology

Define and develop growth & business strategies at the intersection of business, data and technology
Identify the value potential of business & technology transformation, and lead the realization of this potential as Accenture helps our clients execute
Shape future enterprise and functional operating models

Qualifications
Job requirements
8+ years of working experience. Preferably as a strategy or management consultant from a leading consulting practices, or from a similar role in the industry e.g. experience from strategic enterprise functions
A network in the industry, i.e. at some of Sweden´s main street banks
Proven track record from leading larger projects, including reporting to C-suite and steering committees
Consulting core skills; business case development, research & analysis, structured problem solving, structured communications,
Strong relationship skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and a Scandinavian language)
Master´s degree or equivalent with excellent academic results
In addition you:
You already have a proven track record of impacting corporate strategy and/or selling strategy advisory services
Driving projects and business opportunities simultaneously makes you tick
This also includes building, managing and fostering a team-oriented environment
You enjoy using your strong analytical skills together with your ability to structure complex issues. You can do this in a proactive and outcome-oriented way without compromising on the quality of work/deliverables
You can quickly build and maintain strong relationships to the clients you work with, and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
You are value obsessed, technologically savvy and customer-centric
You can travel when required, depending on client and project context)
