Job responsibilities
In your role at Accenture, you will be responsible for delivering successful consulting engagements addressing our clients’ business challenges, delivering lasting and distinctive outcomes and value in disciplines such as:

As Nordic offering lead, you will with your domain expertise, be responsible for supporting our clients’ and Accenture’s growth within the area, establish and maintain trusted relationships and communicate Accenture’s Point of View to the market.
As a Capital Markets professional, you will bring your industry expertise, operating at the intersection of business and technology, to create value for our clients. We are looking for our future leaders today to help leading banks, wealth, and asset management firms to shape their digital strategy, business transformation, sustainability agenda and technology modernization. As part of the team, you will be working for some of the largest Financial Institutions in the Nordics with a variety of project opportunities such as Digital Assets enablement, Middle and Back Office transformation and Sustainability & ESG Investments.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will be:
- Drive our offering within Trading Services or Wealth & Asset Management to the market
- Advise our clients on strategy and digitalization
- Develop, define, and implement strategies to help our clients solve their most critical problems
- Analyze and conceptualize business models, processes, and digital solutions
- Lead teams. projects, and coach junior colleagues
- Be engaged in various projects with wide range of topics, from strategy to execution
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- A Master’s degree with major in Economics, Business or similar
- A minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years within consulting
- Consulting experience at a recognized consulting environment
- An excellent understanding of the capital markets industry, across a range of client segments, offerings, and businesses
- Knowledge and a personal viewpoint on key trends in trading services or wealth & asset management including operating model, emerging products, and services, including risk & regulation
- Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of leading large teams across clients, vendors, and delivering complex engagements
- A network in the Nordics to facilitate business development and sales
- Natural leadership and the ability to quickly establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
