Work you will do
As an insurance professional, you will provide expertise in the intersection of business and technology to create client impact in the new digital world. We are looking for our future leaders today to help lead insurers shape their digital strategy and business transformation.
Advise our insurance clients on strategy and digitalization to solve their most critical problems
Lead teams and projects, and coach and develop junior colleagues in the Insurance practice
Be engaged in various projects with wide range of topics, from strategy to execution
Qualifications
Who we are looking for?
We believe that you have at least a couple of years of industry experience, either from a position within an insurance company or from another consulting practice. We would also like to see that you have:
Master’s degree with excellent academic performance
Project management experience from Business or IT related change projects
Demonstrated experience to work in complex engagements, delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
Highly analytical and ability to structure complex issues and tasks
Personal drive, commitment and determination
Proven ability to build strong colleague and client relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
