Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

To be successful as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, it is recommended that you have:

Required Qualifications 

  • Min. 2+ year of hands-on SAP experience in an onshore project role (preferably in the Nordics) 

  •  Min. 2+ years of SAP implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

  •  Eagerness to shape and work in a team-oriented environment.

  •  Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence.

  •  Passionate about SuccessFactors and HR, innovation, and deliver the latest technologies to your clients. 

  • You are an analytical problem-solver with strong SuccessFactors application competence and understand client HR business well.

·     

  • One or more SAP certification(s) in SuccessFactors (Examples - Employee Central/ Recruiting stream/ Compensation Stream/ Talent Management Stream/Analytics/Integration & Migration Stream).

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to address technical and non-technical audiences in English

  • Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner

  •  A relevant Bachelor or master’s degree.

* We recruit at different levels. For manager level and above, we would like you to see having at least 7 years of relevant project experience as well as having led a team, and ideally also some earlier involvement in the acquisition of new projects .

Preferred Qualifications 

  •  Functional HR domain experience.

  •  Experience in delivering end-to-end projects as a team member or workstream lead.

  •  Multiple and completed implementation life-cycle experience, including workbook design, client process workshops, system configuration and testing, and client solution advisory.

  •  Multiple SAP certifications in SAP SuccessFactors in certain domain (such as Talent Acquisition or Core HR).

  •  Experience in data migration, integration, time & payroll and analytics.

  • Supporting sales opportunities including proposals and orals.

  • Experience from stakeholder management within SuccessFactors projects.

  •  Deep business and industry experience in one or more industries.

  • Nordic (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) language spoken.
