Accenture is searching for Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) for Communication, Media, and Technology (CMT) Services business unit. As an ESA, you are you will work with our most exciting CMT sales opportunities in Nordic, focusing on helping our clients to succeed. You will be a key member of our most senior sales teams and also work close with our businesses to bring Accenture´s offerings, assets and capabilities to our clients

In your role ESA for CMT you will be addressing our clients’ business challenges, delivering lasting and distinctive outcomes and value in disciplines such as:
Digital transformation including open and decoupled architecture, intelligent OSS/BSS solutions, massive enablement of artificial intelligence and analytics
Cloud transformation including new revenue streams enabled by ecosystem partners
Operating Model transformation including agile and devXops enablement
Security, Risk & Regulatory compliance
Cost efficiencies at scale
As a part of the core sales team, ESA in engaged in the whole sales process from pre-sale to contracting. This includes extensive communication and collaboration with client stakeholders, members of Accenture´s sales and delivery teams, as well as our senior leadership.
ESA understand the mindset and communicates effectively with C-suite and creates solutions that resonate with C-suite expectations.
As ESA, you own the end-to-end solution and drives the overall solution creation process by support from other Solution Architects. You assemble and orchestrate the team responsible of the solution. Together with the team, you develop fit for purpose solution meeting client and end customer needs. Working hand-in-glove with the Transformation Director, the ESA is responsible for finding the right balance between deliverability (we deliver what we promise) and winnability (meeting both client and Accenture business case)
A broad and balanced set of skills and behaviors is critical for a successful ESA. These include:
Skills to drive the creation process of innovative deals with transformational impact to client business
Orchestrating Accenture capabilities and managing dependencies
Architecting solution to match client value proposition and relevant commercial construct
Driving end-to-end solution process with agility
Creating an environment where people can be at best every day
At least 10 years experience selling and delivering services in CMT industry either as IT service provider or CMT company
Proven track record in architecting, selling and delivering multitower, transformational large deals for leading global/Nordic CMT Services companies
Understanding of CMT industry trends and client business priorities
Experience in shaping value proposition and articulating differentiators
Experience in complex solution process including approvals and team management in multinational enterprise
Experience in creating winning solutions by combining multiple products and service offerings:
o System Integration
o Application Outsourcing
o Cloud and Infrastructure Build and Operations
o Product Platforms – BSS, OSS and CRM solutions
o Data and AI, Security
Experience of different delivery models (on/near/off) and commercial constructs (T&M, fixed price, value based deal etc)
Excellent client / customer relationship management skills also in the executive levels
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and a Nordic language
Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmo
