Therefore, we are now looking for a new talent to join our HR team in the role as Compensation & Rewards Specialist where you will be based in Sweden together with our amazing HR team and work towards our Nordic organization.

Work you will do:

As a Compensation & Rewards Specialist, you will design and implement total rewards strategy including Compensation and Benefits programs, conduct salary planning and link compensation to performance assessment process in Accenture Sweden.
 

In this role, you will design and manage rewards programs to recognize employees and to increase employee engagement. You will also perform cost/benefit analysis on various reward programs and enable the country stakeholders to use market intelligence data appropriately.

We believe you to have knowledge on local law, practices, and local rewards guidelines. You have already experience from developing career programs, working with salary ranges and you know how to develop and analyze rewards data.
 

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with local HR lead and business leadership in rewards matters

  • Participate in yearly performance achievement process by setting up competence and rewards guidelines, conduct the admin part when closing the performance process

  • Facilitate off-cycle salary adjustments

  • Advise, guide, and support the local HR team on complex rewards cases

  • Make sure that HR input for salary data is correct and make sure that all ad hoc pay outs are paid out correctly.

  • Be responsible for running local benefit programs



Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

  • At least 4 years of work experience from rewards strategies and employee benefits

  • Previous working experience and understanding from payroll related tasks is seen as advantage

  • You are at ease with Excel and feel comfortable playing with numbers

  • You pay attention to details

  • Collaborative and team oriented

  • Able to work independently but also possess strong relationship building skills

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
