JOB DESCRIPTION


The key objective of the IT Service Management (ITSM) group is to work with clients to build effective end to end management of IT Services and Operations across the globe. Our ITSM practitioners use the ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks, industry leading IT Service Management tool suites such as ServiceNow and other capability frameworks to optimize and streamline people, processes and tools to build leading IT Service organizations.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • University Degree within a relevant area/areas
  • Fluency in English and/or Swedish
  • 2+ years of experience in one of the below areas:
    • IT Service management including process analysis, build and implementation
    • Change management skills to secure build of identified capabilities as well as implementation of identified processes/ process changes


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience from ServiceNow project delivery either from a technical or functional point of view
  • ITIL and/or CobiT framework certifications
  • ServiceNow certification
