At Accenture in Sweden, we are approximately 1200 employees delivering complex projects every day. To back up this work, we have a strong back bone corporate function, including Workplace Customer Experience. You will join a team of 8 dedicated members, whose responsibility it is to welcome people to Accenture, host the reception, meetings and events, in our offices and outside, onsite as well as virtual. 


The roles in the team are specialized, but our workflow is liquid, enabling us to harvest synergies between our tasks, and each team member plays an important part in ensuring what we call hyper personalized services. 


As our new team member, you handle all processes around meetings and events, which can be anything from a client lunch or a company-wide meeting for all employees. You will act as liaison between event owners, guests and external partners. In more detail, you will:


  • Execute and coordinate events taking place in our offices and outside
  • Source external service providers and negotiate prices, establish standard terms and conditions for venue hire, on-site support and more, and complete processes for purchase orders, invoices and final budget reconciliation
  • Handle all administrative support including leadership approvals, invitation process, attendee registrations and more
  • Collaborate with our internal conference services hosts and handle ad-hoc tasks during all phases of the events

  • You are fluent in English and Swedish
  • You have an open mindset and are not shy to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels
