Customer Experience Lead - Hospitality

At Accenture in Sweden, we are almost 1200 employees delivering complex projects every day. To back up this work, we have a strong back bone corporate function, including Customer Experience for hospitality. You will establish and head up a team of 8 dedicated members, whose responsibility it is to welcome people to Accenture, host the reception, meetings and events, in our offices and outside, onsite as well as virtual.
The roles in the team are specialized, but our workflow is liquid, enabling us to harvest synergies between our tasks, and each team member plays an important part in ensuring what we call hyper personalized services. As our new team lead, you will be driving both the front- and back-office processes within the team. This includes leading and motivating team members, as well as liaising with the Nordic lead and local stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying relevant preferred external suppliers and establish a close cooperation with them. As an important part of your role, you will lead your team in an environment of sharing, ideation, delegation and growth.
In 2019, we will expand our offices in Stockholm, which gives you the unique chance to explore and further develop the hospitality vision and execution for all 3 offices! In more detail, you will:
