We are looking for experienced consulting professionals to join our Swedish team. Our strategy practitioners work with C-suite and senior leadership of top organizations across industries and geographies to shape and lead the formulation, planning and execution of business strategy and operating model solutions. Role Description

Operations & Supply Chain Strategy Consultants develop solutions and related business cases focused on targeting and delivering value and drive value-led transformations for clients. As an Operations Strategy Consultant you will work within areas such as Supply Chain Strategy, Operations Transformation, Innovation & Product Development, Sourcing & Procurement and Manufacturing, addressing both strategic and operational issues.

A typical project duration is 2-4 months and our clients include many leading companies in the Nordics and globally. Frequent travelling may be required, but may vary depending on client and project context.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identify and solve business problems
  • Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation 
  • Lead value analysis to generate insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients 
  • Work seamlessly with the Accenture team and our clients' own resources to ensure that the recommendations are implemented
  • Contribute to the Strategy and Operations practice with thought leadership and team capability development
  • Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, including presenting analysis and recommendations and facilitating workshops
  • Develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with clients


Professional skill requirements:

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Proven problem solving, value assessment and project management skills
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in a specific industry is beneficial 
  • Aspiration towards leadership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
Prior experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with operations/supply chain (general operations/supply chain or specifically within sourcing and procurement, logistics, new product development etc.)
  • Experience from working in transformation projects in a larger organization
  • Prior consulting experience is highly valued and a strong merit
  • Having led others in various sub streams is highly valued and a strong merit

Education: MSc in Engineering or Business
Language: English/Swedish
