We are looking for consulting professionals with 0.5 to 5 years’ experience to join our Swedish team.

Supply Chain, Operations & Sustainability Strategy Practice


Accenture’s Supply Chain, Operations & Sustainability Strategy practice is one of the largest Operations Consulting practices with more than 1200 practitioners worldwide.

Role Description


Operations & Supply Chain Strategy Consultants assess our clients’ performance and opportunities, develop solutions and related business cases focused on targeting and delivering value and drive value-led transformations. You will work at the intersection of business and technology within our core areas Digital Supply Chain, Industry X.0, Competitive agility, Zero Based Operations and Circular Economy, addressing both strategic and operational issues.


A typical project duration is 2-4 months and our clients include many leading companies in the Nordics and globally. Frequent travelling may be required but vary depending on client and project context.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identify and solve business problems
  • Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation 
  • Lead value analysis to generate insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients 
  • Work seamlessly with the Accenture team and our clients' own resources to ensure that the recommendations are implemented
  • Work with business development activities towards our customers (pre-, during- and post projects)
  • Develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with clients
  • Contribute to the Strategy and Operations practice with thought leadership and team capability development
  • Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, including presenting analysis and recommendations and facilitating workshops

Basic qualifications:

  • 0,5 - 5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy firm or outstanding achievements at other premium or niche consulting company 
  • Experience from consulting within one or several of the areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing & Procurement, Product development and Sustainability
  • M.Sc. in Engineering or Business with excellent academic record
  • Excellent oral and written Swedish or English (preferably both)

Professional skill requirements:

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically
  • Proven problem solving, value assessment and project management skills
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong understanding of industry operations and dynamics through experience in a specific industry is beneficial 
  • Aspiration towards leadership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
  • Experience from project work with a digital focus, involving the latest technology such as AI, Machine learning and Block-chain is a merit

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment 
  • Proven ability to drive business development
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
